InvestincoOwn

What if you could invest in the infrastructure on which a new sovereign Builder Economy can emerge?

coOwn is seeking growth capital to turn existing technology into a scalable Living Platform Infrastructure for people, organisations and entire ecosystems.

The Investment Thesis

Not the next platform. The infrastructure for many new platforms.

coOwn enables people and organisations to build, operate and connect their own sovereign Living Platforms.

The business model grows with these Builders through platform access, additional capabilities, AI and infrastructure usage, scaling and services.

ReGen serves as the first major Flagship Deployment, demonstrating how multiple independent platforms and business models can be connected on the same infrastructure.

The investment thesis therefore combines three layers:

Living Platform Infrastructure

A horizontal product that can serve different Builders and markets.

Builder Economy

Recurring infrastructure revenues and a distribution effect through which platform users can become new Builders.

Agentic Coordination

An AI-native architecture that supports people and organisations in communication and coordination.

The Growth Round

Growth capital for the next stage of development.

The capital is intended to take coOwn from its existing technological foundation to a scalable commercial infrastructure.

The focus is on productisation, technical scaling, security, integrations and the development of clear offerings for different types of Builders.

In parallel, ReGen is being developed as a real Flagship Deployment that brings essential infrastructure capabilities together under complex real-world conditions.

Company to invest in: coOwn Sàrl

UseofFunds

From technological foundation to scalable product.

The growth capital will be used primarily in the following areas:

Productisation
Clear, reusable Living Platform offerings for different Builder types and use cases.
Engineering
Further development and scaling of the core technical infrastructure.
Agentic Infrastructure
Expansion of Brains, Agents, Multi-Brain Communication and Agentic Coordination.
Security and Compliance
Further development of security, permissions, governance and regulatory robustness.
Integrations and APIs
Connecting existing systems and external applications with the coOwn infrastructure.
Builder Templates
Reusable structures for individuals, companies, communities, platforms and ecosystems.
ReGen Flagship Deployment
Integration and productisation of ReGen Impact and the connected ReGen Ecosystem on coOwn.
Market Development
Building sales capabilities, strategic partnerships and a network of Builders and implementation partners.
Builder Enablement
Onboarding, implementation tooling, documentation, training and support to help Builders launch, operate and scale their own Living Platforms.

The Growth Lever

Every successful Builder can create the next one.

A Builder launches a Living Platform. The platform activates people and organisations. Some of these users later need professional or organisational platforms of their own.

New Builders emerge. Those Builders, in turn, activate new users.

This means coOwn can grow not only through direct sales, but increasingly through the platforms built on its own infrastructure.

Builder → Platform → Users → New Builders → New Platforms

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the actual investment case for coOwn?
The investment case is based on a horizontally applicable Living Platform Infrastructure that can be used by different types of Builders. coOwn generates revenue from the use and scaling of this infrastructure. At the same time, every successful platform can create new users and potential Builders. This allows coOwn to combine recurring infrastructure revenues with a potential platform-driven distribution effect.
Why does coOwn need growth capital?
The next phase involves more than software development alone. coOwn needs to productise its existing technology, scale the infrastructure, further develop security and compliance, create integrations, establish Builder offerings, implement the ReGen Flagship and build market and partner structures in parallel. The capital is intended to enable this development as one coordinated growth phase.
What does ReGen mean for my investment?
ReGen is the first major Flagship Case for coOwn. The ecosystem creates real requirements across multiple platform types and user groups and helps develop and validate coOwn capabilities under complex conditions. At the same time, ReGen can become an initial distribution case for new users, organisations and Builders. However, coOwn’s market explicitly extends beyond ReGen.
How is coOwn different from an investment in ReGen Impact?
They involve different investments and different companies. ReGen Impact is a commercial product of KNE Global GmbH for Family Offices. coOwn provides the underlying Living Platform Infrastructure and is intended to offer that infrastructure to many other Builders and markets as well. An investment in coOwn is therefore an investment in the horizontal infrastructure and its scaling, not in a single Family Office product.
How is an investment in coOwn different from funding ReGen?
The two capital flows are completely separate. ReGen funding is philanthropic or catalytic capital for the nonprofit KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH and the development of the ReGen Ecosystem. The coOwn funding round is commercial growth capital for coOwn Sàrl. The two developments come together in the ReGen Flagship Deployment without being economically or legally combined.
What investment terms apply?
The specific structure of the round, economic and governance rights, and further legal terms will be disclosed during the investment process and in the coOwn Data Room. This public page only presents terms that have already been formally established. This maintains a clear distinction between coOwn’s long-term vision and the actual rights applicable to an investor.
