AgenticCoordination

What if AI did more than answer questions and could support people and organisations in acting together?

coOwn connects approved knowledge, needs, capabilities, relationships and goals so that AI can recognise relevant connections and enable new forms of coordination.

From information to coordination.

People and organisations hold knowledge, relationships and capabilities that are currently distributed across many different systems and platforms.

coOwn makes this information usable by specialised Brains and Agents within clearly defined permissions. This allows AI not only to understand individual pieces of content, but also to recognise who knows what, who needs what and which existing connections may be relevant.

The underlying logic is:
Context. Coordination. Constellation.

Available knowledge creates orientation. Orientation can lead to coordination. And coordination can lead to new connections, teams, projects or platforms.

How does AI become real coordination?

The video shows how people and organisations keep information about their needs, capabilities, projects, relationships and goals within their own Living Spaces and selectively make it available.

You will see how different Brains can work together within their respective permissions, answer questions, find relevant knowledge and identify possible connections.

For example, a specific need can be connected with existing expertise, a shared challenge can be recognised, or a suitable group of people and organisations can be suggested for a new task.

AI prepares the connection. People decide whether anything should actually emerge from it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Agentic Coordination mean?
Agentic Coordination describes the ability of AI not only to provide information, but also to support people and organisations in coordinating concrete tasks and relationships. A system can, for example, recognise what knowledge already exists for a particular question, which person has relevant experience or which organisation may be able to meet a specific need. It can suggest possible next steps or connections. The decision about whether any actual action should follow remains with people.
What does Context mean at coOwn?
Context refers to the information required to meaningfully understand a person, organisation or situation. This can include, for example: • knowledge and documents • capabilities and experience • current needs • projects and tasks • relationships • interests and goals • mandates and responsibilities • rules and boundaries The important point is that not everyone receives access to this entire Context. People and organisations determine which information is available for which purpose.
What makes Agentic Coordination different from a traditional AI assistant?
A traditional AI assistant usually responds to an individual request and works with the information provided to it at that moment. coOwn is designed so that Brains within a Living Platform can continuously access the relevant Context that has been approved for them. This allows AI to understand connections across people, organisations, Spaces and relationships without requiring all information to be entered again for every question. An isolated conversation can therefore become continuous support within real working environments and relationship structures.
What is Multi-Brain Communication?
People, organisations and Living Spaces can have their own specialised Brains. These Brains do not have to combine all their knowledge within one central AI. They can communicate and work together as a team within defined permissions to help answer a question or solve a task. One Brain might, for example, know which expertise exists within an organisation, while another understands a specific need. A connection can be created without both sides having to share all of their information with one another beforehand.
What does Constellation mean?
A Constellation is a possible combination of people, organisations, knowledge and capabilities around a concrete task or opportunity. It can be very simple, such as connecting two people. It can also involve a group of companies, experts and partners working together on a challenge, forming a Foundry, developing a project or building a new Living Platform. Agentic Coordination helps make these possible constellations visible. The people involved decide whether they should be activated.
Do Brains and Agents act autonomously at coOwn?
Not by default. Brains and Agents can analyse information, prepare tasks, recognise relevant connections and support specific processes within clearly defined rules. For sensitive decisions, new connections, approvals or significant actions, human control remains a central part of the architecture. Agentic therefore does not mean that AI replaces people. It means that AI can increasingly support orientation, communication and coordination within clearly defined permissions.

What if this infrastructure were not only described in theory, but deployed across an entire ecosystem for the benefit of humanity?

ReGen connects Family Offices, companies, projects, experts, learners, young people and different platform types within one shared real-world use case.

This makes it possible to see how Living Platform Infrastructure and Agentic Coordination can work together within a complex ecosystem.
