Who can become part of my Portfolio Community?

The Portfolio Community is built around the people and organisations that are relevant to your portfolio. This can include your Family Office team, leaders from companies and projects, fund managers, experts, advisors, strategic partners and selected co-investors. The Community is not an open network. The Family Office and participating organisations determine who has access to which areas.

How do participants communicate with each other?

ReGen Impact connects communication directly with the relevant organisations, topics and working environments. Portfolio leaders can share updates, ask questions or communicate directly with one another. Dedicated Spaces can be created for shared topics, keeping information, documents and conversations together. This means communication no longer has to be scattered across email, messaging apps, meetings and separate platforms.

What role does AI play in the Community?

AI helps people navigate a complex network more easily and make existing knowledge accessible. For example, when a specific question is asked, the system can help identify where relevant knowledge already exists, who is responsible for it or which existing relationship could help. AI makes existing information and relationships available for communication. It does not decide which new collaboration should be created.

What does Multi-Brain Communication mean?

Different people, organisations and Spaces can each have their own Brains that access the information approved for them. This means knowledge does not have to be stored in one central place. Different Brains can work as a team within their permissions to help answer a question or identify the right person to contact. Knowledge can therefore remain where it belongs while still becoming useful within authorised communication.

Can I search specifically for people, knowledge or capabilities?

Yes. The Portfolio Community can function as a directory showing which people and organisations belong to the network, what roles they have and which capabilities or experience they have contributed. You can search directly for a person, organisation or area of expertise and use existing relationships to make contact. The systematic identification of new combinations and opportunities goes beyond this and is part of the ReGen Impact Opportunities area.

Who can see my relationships, conversations and information?

Not every Community member automatically sees all people, Spaces or information. Access is controlled through roles and permissions. A conversation can remain between a small number of people, a Space can be opened to a defined group, or specific knowledge can be selectively shared with additional participants. AI and Brains can also only access information for which the appropriate permissions exist. This allows the Community to stay connected without compromising confidentiality.
